No. Every pin — whether it came from a share, an email, a paste, an in-app search, or the location log — goes through the same enrichment pipeline. Same shape, same Google Places data, same photo quality. There is no "second-class" pin.
Each of your trips has its own forwarding alias. Forwarding to your general inbox lands the pin in a review queue or a matching wishlist collection; forwarding to a trip's alias drops it straight onto that trip.
Yes. The location log is opt-in per trip, runs only while you're at the destination, and can be paused any time. Suggestions are always presented for you to accept or dismiss — nothing is added silently.
